We live in an information-rich, yet chaotic, frenzied, time-poor culture. Our daily routine engenders anxiety, monotonous repetition, distraction and desensitization, making it difficult to pay focused attention to any one thing.

 

In this environment, the current world of art appears to have turned its back on the search for beauty.  SheffieldArts believes that beauty still matters in our world today and that it is important to restore beauty to its traditional place in our everyday lives.
